Faculty & Staff Service Center

The Faculty & Staff Service Center provides a single location for employees of the university to receive face-to-face support in the areas of benefits administration, parking and transportation services, payroll and tax services.

Wellbeing Hotline 

Personal issues, planning for life events or simply managing daily life can affect your work, health and family. Your Wellbeing Hotline is a GW sponsored benefit providing 24/7 support, resources and information for personal and work-life issues at no charge to you and your family. 

Below are just some of the many services provided through the Wellbeing Hotline:

  • Pet care
  • College planning
  • Moving and relocation
  • Financial guidance and resources
  • Legal support and resources
  • Free online will preparation
  • and much more!

The Wellbeing Hotline also provides a no-cost counseling service which helps you address stress, relationship and other personal issues you and your family may face. It is staffed by highly trained master's and doctoral level clinicians who will listen to your concerns and quickly refer you to in-person counseling and other resources for: 

  • Stress, anxiety and depression
  • Relationship/marital conflicts
  • Problems with children 
  • Job pressures
  • Grief and loss
  • Substance abuse
